All orders are processed and dispatched within the UK and EU.

Free shipping. We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the UK and Europe — no minimum spend.

Processing time. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Estimated delivery.

United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
Europe: 4–8 business days, depending on destination

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customs, duties & taxes. UK orders are shipped from the UK and EU orders are fulfilled from within the EU, so no additional import duties or taxes apply to either. [If you ship EU orders from the UK instead, this line must change — import VAT/duties could apply in the destination country.]

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed when your order ships; please allow up to 24 hours for it to update.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, email info@sacracosmetics.co.uk with your order number and we'll put it right.

Incorrect address. Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.
