Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs — and will refund any payment taken.

Pricing & payment. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We take care to ensure prices are correct, but if we discover an error we'll let you know before dispatch. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers.

Products. We make every effort to display product colours and descriptions accurately, though slight variations may occur. Our products are cosmetics for external use only. We recommend a patch test before first use. Nothing on the Site is medical advice; if you have a skin condition, please consult a professional.

Intellectual property. All content on the Site — text, images, logos and branding — is owned by or licensed to SACRA and may not be used without our permission.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from misuse of our products.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
