What is your returns policy?
Thirty days, no questions asked. If a formula is not right for your skin, send it back and we refund it.
My skin reacts to everything. Where do I start?
With the Discovery Kit, or the 15 ml serum. Every formula is fragrance-free, free of alcohol, silicones and parabens, and dermatologically tested. Introduce one product at a time if you prefer.
In what order do I use the products?
Morning: cleanse, serum if dry, Day Cream. Evening: cleanse, serum, Night Cream. One or two evenings a week: Ultra Clarifying first, then Night Cream. The Rituals page walks through a full week.
Are the formulas vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. 100% vegan, never tested on animals, no CMR substances, packaged in amber glass.
Do the formulas contain fragrance?
No. Every SACRA formula is fragrance-free. What you notice is the botanical oils themselves.
