Terms of service

Welcome to sacracosmetics.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by SACRA COSMETICS SRL, a company registered in Romania with Trade Register no. J2025040572001, fiscal code (CUI) 51927282, VAT number RO51927282, registered office Str. Nufărului nr. 12, Oradea 410583, Bihor County, Romania ("SACRA", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We'll email you to confirm we've received it, and the contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error, and we'll refund any payment taken in full.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in GBP, or in the currency shown at checkout, and include VAT where it applies. Delivery to the UK and Europe is free. If we find a pricing error, we'll tell you before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel the order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

Products. Our products are cosmetics for external use. We recommend a patch test before first use. Results described on the Site, including measured test results, vary from person to person. Nothing on the Site is medical advice; if you have a skin condition, please speak to a doctor or pharmacist.

Cancellations and returns. Your right to cancel and our returns terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property. All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to SACRA and may not be used without our permission.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorised access or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or that result from using a product other than as directed.

Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country. If you have a complaint, please email us first and we'll try to resolve it quickly. Consumers in the EU can also contact the Romanian consumer protection authority (ANPC) or its alternative dispute resolution service: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal.
