We want you to love your SACRA ritual. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns. You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

Free returns. Returns are free for UK and EU customers — email us and we'll provide a prepaid returns label and instructions. (Please don't send items back before contacting us.)

Hygiene exclusion. For health and hygiene reasons, opened, unsealed or used cosmetics cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty. This does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty goods.

Your statutory cancellation right. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the hygiene exclusion above for unsealed products.

How to start a return. Email info@sacracosmetics.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send your prepaid label and the return address.

Refunds. Once we've received and inspected your return we'll email to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (and in any case within 14 days of us receiving the goods).

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery, ideally with a photo, and we'll cover all costs.
